Hose Maintenance Machine HM100

Arete has designed and launched in a series compact, mobile, and very efficient Hose Maintenance Machine HM100. It is made as “plug and play” tool, it can be easily transported from one location to another. HM100 can clean, inspect, dry and coil fire hoses in diameter up to 110 mm. Fire Hose Storage Rack

The main carrier is robust and very stable. Structural steel frame with integrated water channels provide perfect solution for hose storage and drying. On the side parts fixing elements are located to fix shelves on the required high. All steel parts are powder coated under ISO scheme. Hose Storage Rack in combination with Hose Drying Cabinet provide perfect and compact solution to keep fire hoses in the best and ready to use shape.

Hose Drying Cabinet

Arete Hose Drying Cabinets with integrated hot air blower are able to dry hoses within 3 hours, however, by using the time switch control, operation time can be adjusted. Cabinet frame is made from powder coated structural steel, but all shelves and mechanisms are from stainless steel.

Hose Washing Machine Compact

Hose Washing Machine Compact is a mobile and highly efficient fire hose washer, designed for fire services and industrial users. The machine could be easily transported providing flexibility of the hose maintenance process and designed for a single operator performance.

Hose Winding Machine

Hose Winding Machine is a compact and mobile device for fire hose rolling. It is made for fast and efficient process and can wind hoses up to 150 mm in diameter.

Hydraulic Storage Reel

Arete designs and produces a wide range of hydraulic driven boom storage reels which are manufactured from steel and coated in a high-quality ISO approved scheme. Alternative drive methods such as gearbox or electric motor drive are also available.

Oil Containment Booms
